Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-coated secondary battery that can simplify production facilities and enhance productivity as compared with the prior art.SOLUTION: A secondary battery 100 includes a battery case 10, external terminals 20 arranged on one terminal face 10t of the battery case 10, and a single stretchable film 1 covering the battery case 10. The film 1 has a covering portion 2 covering from a bottom face 10b to a terminal face 10t of the battery case 10, the bottom face being opposed to the terminal face 10t, and a surplus portion 3 extending from the terminal face 10t in a direction perpendicular to the terminal face 10t. There are joined surplus portions 3 which extend in one direction (X-axis direction) along the terminal face 10t and face each other in a film cutting direction (Y-axis direction) crossing the one direction and along the terminal face 10t. An opening portion 5 through which the upper end portion of the external terminal 20 is exposed from the film 1 is formed by the surplus portions 3 which intersect the film cutting direction and extend in the direction along the terminal face 10t.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来よりも生産設備の簡略化及び生産性の向上が可能な、フィルムで被覆された二次電池を提供する。【解決手段】電池容器10と、該電池容器10の一の端子面10tに配置された外部端子20と、電池容器10を被覆する一枚の伸縮性のフィルム1と、を備えた二次電池100である。フィルム1は、端子面10tと反対側の電池容器10の底面10bから端子面10tまでを覆う被覆部2と、端子面10tから端子面10tに垂直な方向に沿って延出する余剰部3とを有する。端子面10tに沿う一方向(X軸方向)に延在するとともに該一方向に交差しかつ端子面10tに沿うフィルム切断方向(Y軸方向)において互いに対向する余剰部3が接合されている。また、フィルム切断方向に交差しかつ端子面10tに沿う方向に延在する余剰部3によって、フィルム1から外部端子20の上端部を露出させる開口部5が形成されている。【選択図】図1 |
