PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a browsing control method, a browsing control program, and a browsing control device with which it is possible to protect personal information.SOLUTION: A browsing control device 11 refers to a storage unit 21 that stores personal information that includes an emergency conveyance destination candidate in correlation to patient No. in accordance with a personal information acquisition request based on the patient No., and transmits personal information that includes an emergency conveyance destination candidate that corresponds to the patient No. to a terminal that is a requester of the acquisition request. When a first emergency conveyance destination out of the emergency conveyance destination candidates is selected at the terminal, the browsing control device 11 makes allowability settings to enable browsing of the personal information that corresponds to the patient No. by a terminal at the first emergency conveyance destination.
