PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reject manipulation outside a scope of operating authority of an operator.SOLUTION: An integrated control system comprises an integrated control device and a network connecting the integrated control device with a device to be manipulated, the integrated control device comprising; a storage unit that stores biological information of an operator in association with operating authority information indicative of a scope of operating authority of the operator with respect to the device to be manipulated; a biological information acquisition unit that acquires biological information from the operator; a selection information acquisition unit that acquires selection information for selecting the device to be manipulated; a biological authentication unit configured to perform authentication on a manipulation by the operator on the basis of the biological information acquired by the biological information acquisition unit and the biological information stored in the storage unit every time the selection information is acquired by the selection information acquisition unit; a specific manipulation reception unit that receives a specific manipulation on the device to be manipulated on the basis of a result of authentication by the biological authentication unit and the operating authority information stored in the storage unit; and a manipulation information output unit that outputs specific manipulation information indicative of the specific manipulation received by the specific manipulation reception unit to the device to be manipulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】運転員の操作権限の範囲を超えた操作を拒絶する。【解決手段】集中制御システムは、運転員の生体情報と操作対象の機器に対する運転員による操作の権限の範囲を示す操作権限情報とが関連付けられて記憶されている記憶部と、運転員から生体情報を取得する生体情報取得部と、操作対象の機器を選択する選択情報を取得する選択情報取得部と、選択情報取得部が選択情報を取得する毎に生体情報取得部が取得する生体情報と、記憶部に記憶されている生体情報とに基づいて運転員の操作の認証を行う生体認証部と、生体認証部による認証結果と記憶部に記憶されている操作権限情報とに基づいて操作対象の機器に対する特定の操作を受け付ける特定操作受付部と、特定操作受付部が受け付けた特定の操作を示す特定操作情報を操作対象の機器に出力する操作情報出力部と、を備える集中制御装置と、集中制御装置と操作対象の機器とを接続するネットワークとを備える。【選択図】図１
