Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuity inspection jig, a continuity inspection device, and a continuity inspection method with which it is possible to more effectively suppress the deformation of or damage to a terminal metal fitting.SOLUTION: The body of an inspection jig of the present invention holds the connector of a wiring harness. A piping 12 blows off air from an end part. A conducting pin 13 has an air reception part 13a for receiving air from the piping 12, a pin body 13b for approaching the terminal metal fitting of the connector and coming into contact with it by the pressure of the air received by the air reception unit 13a, and a circumferential wall 13c erected toward a direction opposite the direction in which air is blown off from the air reception unit 13a. A substrate 14 presses the circumferential wall 13c, pressing it against the piping 12. A conductive contact part S abutting on the circumferential wall 13c, a connection part connected to wiring, and a conductive pattern for connecting between the contact part S and the connection part are formed on the substrate 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】端子金具の変形や損傷をより効果的に抑制することができる導通検査治具、導通検査装置及び導通検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】検査治具本体が、ワイヤハーネスのコネクタを保持する。配管12が、端部から空気を吹き出す。導通ピン13は、配管12からの空気を受ける空気受け部13aと、空気受け部13aにより受けた空気の圧力によりコネクタの端子金具に近づいて接触するピン本体13bと、空気受け部13aから空気の吹き出し方向と逆方向に向かって立設する周壁13cと、を有する。基板14は、周壁13cを押圧して配管12に周壁13cを押し付ける。基板14には、周壁13cに接触する導電性の接触部Sと、配線に接続される接続部と、接触部S及び接続部間を接続する導電パターンと、が形成されている。【選択図】図10 |
