Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop as a technical theme new drying facility and its operational method capable of keeping requisite calorie per unit time by keeping a load of a drying machine when an air heating furnace to which a fluidized-bed combustion furnace is applied is used as a heat source for the drying machine, resulting in that a combustion state of the air heating furnace is stabilized and further an operation at a low running cost can be carried out.SOLUTION: This invention shows a feature that it sets in advance a moisture value of a dried product P that can be attained by processing a processed item by a drying machine 1, sets a moisture evaporating amount per unit time from the processed item at the drying machine 1, then an operation for keeping the calorie per unit time required at the drying machine 1 constant is carried out. There is provided a moisture meter 21 for use in measuring the moisture value of the processed item and there is provided a control device for performing controlling operation for automatic adjustment of a feeding amount of processed item to the drying machine 1 so as to cause an amount of supplied moisture per unit time into the drying machine 1 to be kept constant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 流動層燃焼炉が適用された熱風炉を乾燥機の熱源とした場合に、乾燥機の負荷を一定にすることにより単位時間当たりの所要熱量を一定とし、この結果、熱風炉の燃焼状態を安定させ、更に低ランニングコストでの運転を行うことのできる新規な乾燥設備並びにその運転方法を開発することを技術課題とした。【解決手段】乾燥機1によって被処理物を処理して得られる乾燥品Pの水分値を予め設定するとともに、乾燥機1における被処理物からの単位時間当たりの水分蒸発量を設定することにより、乾燥機1において必要とされる単位時間当たりの熱量を一定とする運転が行われるものであり、更に被処理物の水分値を測定するための水分計21を具えるとともに、乾燥機1内への単位時間当たりの供給水分量が一定となるように、乾燥機1への被処理物投入量を自動調整する制御を行うための制御装置が具えられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
