Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace wall structure of a heating furnace and a repair method for a furnace wall of the heating furnace, capable of preventing falling of a surface layer even when a modified layer occurs inside a ceramic fiber block.SOLUTION: A furnace wall structure is configured such that to an inner surface of a heating furnace, attached is a ceramic fiber block 1 in which lamination surfaces 3 are laminated so as to extend from a surface 6 on the inside of a furnace chamber in a depth direction. A ceramic bolt 8 formed with a spiral blade 10 on its outer periphery is buried in the lamination surface 3 inside the ceramic fiber block 1, and caused to support the surrounding ceramic fiber 1 to prevent falling thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】セラミックファイバーブロックの内部に変質層が生じた場合にも表面層の脱落を防止することができる、加熱炉の炉壁構造及び加熱炉の炉壁の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】積層面3が炉室内側の表面6から奥行方向に延びる方向となるように積層されたセラミックファイバーブロック1を、加熱炉の内面に取付けた炉壁構造である。外周に螺旋羽根10が形成されたセラミック製のボルト8をセラミックファイバーブロック1の内部の積層面3に埋設し、周囲のセラミックファイバー1を支持させて脱落を防止した。【選択図】図4
