Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an efficient and easy punching work under non-interrupted flow state in respect to an inclined existing pipe kept under slant attitude in high accuracy of punching.SOLUTION: This invention executes a step for installing a housing A of divided structure comprising an inclined housing 10 that can be installed at a gradient inclined attitude existing pipe 1 and a vertical housing part 11 cooperatively arranged at the inclined housing 10 in vertical attitude at the existing pipe 1; a step for connecting a work gate valve C at an upper opening part of the vertical housing part 11 and connecting a punching device D provided with a punching cutter 35 to the work gate valve C; a step for feeding the punching cutter 35 from the upper opening part of the vertical housing part 11 through the work gate valve C operated to open valve to a pipe bottom side of the existing pipe 1 to cut and remove a pipe wall at a position corresponding punching of the existing pipe 1; and a step for recovering the punching cutter 35 into the punching work housing 30 and closing the work gate valve C to remove the punching device D from the work gate valve C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】勾配のある傾斜姿勢の既設管に対する不断流状態での穿孔作業を能率良く容易に且つ穿孔精度の高い状態で実行する。【解決手段】 勾配のある傾斜姿勢の既設管1に装着可能な傾斜筐体部10と、傾斜筐体部10に鉛直姿勢で連設される鉛直筐体部11とを備えた分割構造の筐体Aを、既設管1に装着する工程と、鉛直筐体部11の上側開口部に作業用仕切弁Cを連結し、作業用仕切弁Cに、穿孔用カッター35を備えた穿孔装置Dを連結する工程と、穿孔用カッター35を開弁操作されている作業用仕切弁Cを経由して鉛直筐体部11の上側開口部から既設管1の管底側に送込み、既設管1の穿孔相当位置の管壁を切断除去する工程と、穿孔用カッター35を穿孔作業用ハウジング30内に回収し、作業用仕切弁Cを閉弁操作して、作業用仕切弁Cから穿孔装置Dを撤去する工程を実行する。【選択図】図6
