Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a diesel engine with a supercharger, which can carry out combustion regeneration of a diesel particulate filter, while preventing deterioration of fuel economy.SOLUTION: A control device of a diesel engine with a supercharger, comprises: a supercharging pressure control part 110 which controls a supercharging pressure by driving at least a low pressure stage turbine between a high pressure stage turbine and the low pressure stage turbine according to an operation state of the diesel engine with the supercharger; an operation state determination part 140 determining whether or not it is in a particulate filter regeneration time in which combustion regeneration is carried out on a diesel particulate filter provided in an exhaust path downstream of the low pressure stage turbine; and a control instruction part 150 which when it is in the particulate filter regeneration time, instructs the supercharging pressure control part 110 to keep a high pressure stage waste gate valve in the open state and control a supercharging pressure according to the opening of a low pressure stage waste valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】燃費の低下を防止しながら、ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの燃焼再生を行うことが可能な、過給機付きディーゼルエンジンの制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】過給機付きディーゼルエンジンの運転状態に応じて、高圧段タービン及び低圧段タービンのうち少なくとも低圧段タービンを駆動させて、過給圧を制御する過給圧制御部110と、低圧段タービンよりも下流の排気経路に設けられたディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを燃焼再生させるディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ再生時であるか否かを判断する運転状態判断部140と、ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ再生時である場合には、高圧段ウエストゲートバルブを開いた状態に維持して低圧段ウエストゲートバルブの開度に応じて過給圧を制御するように、過給圧制御部110に指示する制御指示部150と、を備える。【選択図】図2
