Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel for which a cost of manufacture can be suppressed while preventing allophone due to rubbing between a coil spring and a hub part.SOLUTION: A module is provided with an installation part onto which one end side of a coil spring 27 is installed. A boss part 82 is provided with a support part 106 which supports the other end 27b of the coil spring 27 in such a state as to be separated from the boss part 82. Even if the module is pushed to the boss part 82 side against energization of the coil spring 27, allophone due to contact between the other end 27b of the coil spring 27 and the boss part 82 is not generated since the other end 27b of the coil spring 27 is separated from the boss part 82 by the support part 106. A process, in which anon-woven cloth is bonded to the other end 27b of the coil spring 27 and the boss part 82, is not required, whereby a cost of manufacture can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コイルスプリングとハブ部との擦れに起因する異音を防止しつつ製造コストを抑制できるステアリングホイールを提供する。【解決手段】モジュールに、コイルスプリング27の一端側を装着する装着部を設ける。ボス部82に、コイルスプリング27の他端部27bをボス部82に対して離間された状態で支持する支持部106を設ける。コイルスプリング27の付勢に抗してモジュールをボス部82側に押し込んでも、コイルスプリング27の他端部27bがボス部82に対して支持部106により離間されているので、コイルスプリング27の他端部27bとボス部82との接触による異音を発生することがない。コイルスプリング27の他端部27bやボス部82に不織布を貼るなどの工程が不要となり、製造コストを低減できる。【選択図】図1 |
