LAMINATION MOLDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination molding apparatus in which a consumption of powders is not increased when a small molded article is formed, and which can suppress change of apparent density of laminated powders.SOLUTION: A lamination molding apparatus is an apparatus for supplying and laminating powders in a tank, then solidifying the laminated powder layers in a desired region, and comprises a collapse prevention wall for preventing collapse of the laminated powders, in a molding tank. The collapse prevention wall includes a flexible sheet-state support wall, a lifting device which can move and retreat in a vertical direction, and a base. The support wall is wound to an upper end of the lifting device, in a state in which one end of the support wall is fixed to the base, the collapse prevention wall is formed of a range from one end to the upper end, in which a height of the collapse prevention wall is varied according to movement and retreat of the lifting device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】小さい造形物を形成する場合に粉末の消費量を増加させず、且つ、積層した粉末のかさ密度が変化することを抑制することができる積層造形装置を提供すること。【解決手段】積層造形装置は、槽内に粉末を供給及び積層し、積層された粉末層を所望の領域で固体化する積層造形装置であって、造形槽内に、積層した粉末の崩落を防止する崩落防止壁を備え、崩落防止壁は、可撓性を有するシート状の支持壁と、上下方向に進退可能な昇降装置と、基台と、を備え、支持壁は、一端を基台に固定して、昇降装置の上端に巻き掛けられ、一端から上端で崩落防止壁を形成し、昇降装置の進退に応じて崩落防止壁の高さが変化するようにした。【選択図】図３
