Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive transfer recording medium compatible to high-speed printing at thermal transfer and a request to high quality and high concentration of a thermal transfer image, preventing occurrence of abnormal transfer in high temperature and high humidity, and improving transfer sensitivity at printing.SOLUTION: A heat-sensitive transfer recording medium 1 includes: a heat proof lubricity layer 40 on one side of a base material 10; and an undercoat layer 20 and a dye layer 30 in this order on the other side of the base material 10. The undercoat layer includes: a copolymer of a polyester having a sulfonic acid group and an acryl having at least one of a glycidyl group and a carboxyl group; polyvinyl pyrrolidone; and oxazoline group-containing polymer. The binder resin composing the dye layer is an acid-modified polyvinyl acetoacetal resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】熱転写の印画速度の高速化や、熱転写画像の高濃度、高品質の要求に対応し、高温高湿下における異常転写の発生を防止し、印画における転写感度を向上した感熱転写記録媒体を提供する。【解決手段】感熱転写記録媒体1は、基材10の一方の面に耐熱滑性層40を備え、基材10の他方の面に下引き層20、染料層30をこの順に備える。前記下引き層は、スルホン酸基を有するポリエステルとグリシジル基及びカルボキシル基の少なくとも一方を有するアクリルとの共重合体とポリビニルピロリドンとオキサゾリン基含有ポリマーからなる。前記染料層を構成するバインダー樹脂は、酸変性ポリビニルアセトアセタール樹脂である。【選択図】図1
