Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game board and its manufacturing method in which the shortening of a forming cycle, the reduction of material costs and the weight reduction of the game board can be implemented, and it is unnecessary to change a metal mold even if the position of an obstacle spike is changed.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a game board of the present invention, the game board 1 has at least a plate-like thin wall part 21 of the thickness being hard to hold the obstacle spike 10 and a swollen part 22 swelling to a back side of the plate-like thin wall part 21, and the formation of at least a portion 22a of the swollen part 22 is performed by welding and/or bonding a synthetic resin member to the plate-like thin wall part 21. The game board 1 of the present invention includes at least the plate-like thin wall part 21 of the thickness being hard to hold the obstacle spike 10 and the swollen part 22 swelling to the back side of the plate-like thin wall part 21, and at least the portion 22a of the swollen part 22 is in a state of being swelled to a back side of the game board 1 by that the synthetic resin member is weld-integrated and/or bond-integrated to the plate-like thin wall part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】成形サイクルの短縮化、材料コストの削減、遊技盤の軽量化が実現でき、かつ、障害釘の位置等に変更があっても金型を変更する必要のない遊技盤及びその製造方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明の遊技盤の製造方法では、遊技盤1は、障害釘10を保持困難な厚みの板状薄肉部21と、板状薄肉部21の裏面側に膨出する膨出部22とを少なくとも有し、膨出部22の少なくとも一部22aの形成を、板状薄肉部21に合成樹脂部材を溶着及び/又は接着することにより行う。本発明の遊技盤1は、障害釘10を保持困難な厚みの板状薄肉部21と、板状薄肉部21の裏面側に膨出する膨出部22とを少なくとも備え、膨出部22の少なくとも一部22aが、板状薄肉部21に、合成樹脂部材が溶着一体化及び/又は接着一体化され、遊技盤1の裏面側に膨出された状態である。【選択図】図7 |
