NOODLE BOILING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a large boiling tank included in a needle boiling device to reduce a running cost such as a water charge, boiler fuel charge, and sewerage charge and reduce cleaning of the boiling tank causing a large work load.SOLUTION: A noodle boiling device 1 includes a plurality of bottomed containers 2 accommodating hot water and noodles and is surrounded by a body cover 1a. The container accommodated inside is heated by steam filling up a body internal part 1b of the noodle boiling device and the noodles are boiled with hot water heated in the container. Further, the noodle boiling device includes a noodle conveyance device 3 configured to circulate and move an endless chain to which the containers are attached on a predetermined circulation route in the body internal part so that the container accommodating hot water supplied from a hot water supply part 30 and the noodles supplied from a noodle supply part 50 together is heated in the body internal part filled with steam supplied from a steam supply part 20, and the noodles boiled with the hot water heated in the container are discharged from a noodle discharge part 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】茹麺装置に有する大きな茹槽を不要にし、水道代、ボイラー燃料代および下水道代等のランニングコストを低減し、大きな作業負担となる茹槽の清掃を削減する。【解決手段】湯および麺を収納する複数の有底の容器２を有して、本体カバー１ａによって囲まれた茹麺装置１の本体内部１ｂに満たされる蒸気で内部に収容されている容器を加熱して容器の中で加熱される湯によって麺を茹でる。さらに、蒸気供給部２０から供給される蒸気で満たされる本体内部で湯供給部３０から供給される湯および麺供給部５０から供給される麺を共に収納した容器を加熱して、容器の中で加熱される湯によって茹で上げられた麺を麺排出部７０から排出するように、容器を取り付けてある無端状チェーンを本体内部で所定の周回経路上を周回移動させて成る麺搬送装置３を含む。【選択図】図１
