HEAD CUTTING DEVICE FOR LARGE-SIZED FISH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head cutting device for a large-sized fish, capable of accurately positioning a cutting position of a head of a large-sized fish, such as Seriola, regardless of the size of the head when cutting the head, and capable of performing the cutting with a high yield.SOLUTION: The head cutting device includes a pair of left and right guide bars 3a and 3b for accurately moving a large fish A to a front side by sliding the large fish A toward a stopper member 2 that receives a top end mouth part of the large fish A, pushing back means 9 that pushes back the stopper member 2 to move back the large fish A and positions the large fish A at a head cutting position with a pectoral fin a3 of the large fish A being engaged with an engaging member 4 that is disposed above a part in the vicinity and in the front of the guide bars 3a and 3b, regardless of the size of a head A1 of the large fish A, and a head cutter 5 that is disposed above a part in the vicinity and in the front of the engaging member 4 so as to be freely movable vertically and cuts the head A1 of the large fish A along a branchi part of the large fish A by being lowered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 ブリ等の大型魚の頭部を切断する際に、その切断位置を頭部の大小にかかわらず正確に位置決めすることができ、且つ歩留りよく切断することができる大型魚の頭部切断装置を提供する。【解決手段】 大型魚Ａをその先端口部を受止するストッパー部材２に向かって滑らせながら前方側に正確に供給する左右一対のガイドバー3a、3bと、上記ストッパー部材２を押し戻して大型魚Ａを後退させ、大型魚Ａの頭部の大小にかかわらず、その胸ヒレa3をガイドバー3a、3bの前方近傍部上方に配設した係止部材４に係止させて大型魚Ａを頭部切断位置に位置させる押し戻し手段９と、上記係止部材４の前方近傍部上方に上下動自在に配設され、降下させることによって大型魚Ａの頭部A1をその鰓部に沿って切断するヘッドカッタ５とを備えている。【選択図】 図１
