Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter that does not have to change a mold and can reduce the cost.SOLUTION: A power converter comprises: an electric part performing electric power conversion; a housing; an electric part cover; and a flow path cover. A part accommodating chamber is formed by the casing and the electric part cover. The electric part is accommodated in the part accommodating chamber. A flow path is formed by the housing and the flow path cover. The housing has a plurality of side surfaces. Each of the plurality of side faces is provided with at least one protrusion. Any one of the plurality of protrusions is an inlet portion having an inflow pipe connected to the flow path. The remaining one is an outlet portion having an outflow pipe leading to the flow path.
