PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable suppressing position deviation in a surface direction of an electric cell laminated in a lamination direction.SOLUTION: A battery pack 100 comprises a flatly formed electric cell 110 including a power generating element 111 inside an exterior member 112, and a spacer 122 disposed between the electric cells laminated in a lamination direction Z and mounted with the exterior member. Of at least a pair of spacers adjacent to each other in the lamination direction, one spacer has a salient 122p projecting in the lamination direction, and the other spacer has a recess 122q into which the salient can be inserted.
