Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device that improves light extraction efficiency while securing dielectric strength voltage between a light source and a reflecting mirror.SOLUTION: An illuminating device 10 comprises a light source 15, a cylindrical reflecting mirror 18, and a light guide pole 20. The reflecting mirror 18 comprises an incident opening 30 on which light from the light source 15 is incident, on one side. The reflecting mirror 18 comprises an emitting opening 31 from which light is emitted, on another side. The reflecting mirror 18 is arranged via a gap 19 between the one side and the light source 15. The light guide pole 20 has an insulating property, and is at least partially interposed in the gap 19 between the light source 15 and the one side of the reflecting mirror 18.
