PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce overall expenses in a bicycle use system.SOLUTION: A bicycle use system comprises a bicycle management facility that uses IC cards having a prescribed identifier to distinguish a parked bicycle and a rental bicycle and enabling charge settlement to integrally manage parked bicycles and rental bicycles.
