Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction layer plate in which the upper-most surface of a steel layer plate main body applied as a friction joint is processed with a sinter coating or a molybdenum coating and they are entirely manufactured by a multi-layer structure to cause its manufacturing steps to become complicated and further increases its manufacturing cost and to provide an object of this invention for providing a friction layer plate distinguished by a ratio between a reasonable price and a superior performance.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a friction layer plate [10] comprising the steps for supplying a steel plate having a macro structure [20] on at least one surface; and separating the friction layer plate blank from the steel plate and processing it to an annular layer plate main body [14].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】摩擦継手に用いられる鋼製層板本体の一番上の表面は、焼結コーティング又はモリブデンコーティングされている。これらは、全体的に多層構造で製造されているため製造工程を複雑にし、製造コストを高くする。本発明の目的は、良心的な価格/優れた性能比によって区別される摩擦層板を提供することである。【解決手段】摩擦層板(10)を製造する方法に関し、その方法は、少なくとも1つの面上にマクロ構造(20)を備えた鋼板を供給するステップ、及び摩擦層板ブランクを前記鋼板から分離して、環状層板本体(14)に加工処理するステップを含む。【選択図】図2
