Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a disc brake device capable of preventing occurrence of enlargement of a device and reduction of brake performance, and preventing abrasion powder occurring in braking from scattering to surroundings.SOLUTION: In a caliper 20 constituting an opposed piston type disc brake 1a, formed is a communication passage 35 for passing abrasion powder occurring with abrasion between a rotor and a pad. Then, a suction port 36a formed at an upstream side end part of the communication passage 35 is opened to a portion opposite to a side surface of the rotor on a surface of the caliper 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】装置の大型化やブレーキ性能の低下を生じる事なく、制動時に発生する摩耗粉の周囲への飛散を抑制できる、ディスクブレーキ装置の構造を実現する。【解決手段】対向ピストン型のディスクブレーキ1aを構成するキャリパ20内に、ロータとパッドとの摩擦に伴い発生する摩耗粉を通過させる為の連通路35を形成する。そして、この連通路35の上流側端部に形成した吸込口36aを、キャリパ20の表面のうち、ロータの側面に対向する部分に開口させる。【選択図】図7
