Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a stable braking against an object to be braked by a load having a hysteresis characteristic while absorbing oscillation of the object to be braked that reciprocates and moves along a shaft center.SOLUTION: A damper 9 has a sliding member 4, rectangular column-like elastic bodies 3 and a cylindrical case 2 storing these elements. A push rod 7 of an object to be braked has side surfaces 740 inclined in respect to a shaft center O. The sliding member 4 slidably supports the side surfaces 740 of the object to be braked in a sliding area 42 and elastically deforms so as to cause the sliding area 42 to be displaced in a direction where it approaches the shaft center O of the object to be braked and its opposite direction. The elastic bodies 3 are compressed by a case inner wall surface 22 and the sliding member 4 at corner parts contacted to the case inner wall surface 22 for every equal angle so as to bias the sliding member 4 against the shaft center O of the object to be braked in such a way that the sliding area 42 is pressed against the side surfaces 740 of the object to be braked. A space 36B formed between any one side surface 35B of the elastic bodies 3 and the case inner wall surface 22 is positioned at a side where a spacing between the shaft center O of the object to be braked and the case inner wall surface 22 is held under oscillation of the object to be braked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】軸心に沿って往復移動する制動対象の揺動を吸収しつつ、ヒステリシス特性を有する負荷で制動対象を安定に制動する。【解決手段】ダンパ9は、摺動部材4、角柱状弾性体3及びこれらを収容する筒状ケース2を有し、制動対象のプッシュロッド7は、軸心Oに対して傾斜した側面740を有する。摺動部材4は、制動対象の側面740を摺動領域42で摺動可能に支持し、制動対象の軸心Oに近づく方向及びその反対方向に摺動領域42が変位するように弾性変形する。弾性体3は、ケース内壁面22に略等角度おきに接触するコーナ部でケース内壁面22と摺動部材4とにより圧縮され、制動対象の側面740に摺動領域42を押圧するように摺動部材4を制動対象の軸心O側に付勢する。弾性体3のいずれか1つの側面35Bとケース内壁面22との間に形成される空間36Bが、制動対象の軸心Oとケース内壁面22との間隔が制動対象の揺動で狭まる側に位置する。【選択図】図7 |
