WINDING MACHINE WITH WALLPAPER GLUE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding machine with wallpaper glue in which wallpaper can be wound uniformly without the winding force applied greatly to the wallpaper A in the vicinity of a center of a roll by a winding core rod and without the wallpaper A being tightened, even if the number of meters to be wound is increased, and the applied glue may not be protruded from both ends of the wallpaper A and may not become rough.SOLUTION: A winding machine 10 (100) with wallpaper glue is provided for winding wallpaper A in the shape of a roll form with a winding device 34 (124) while a film B is stuck on a pasting side. When the wallpaper A is wound in the shape of the roll form with the winding device 34 (124), there is provided a winding assist device 60 having a pressing force follower (assist belts 74, 82, rotary rollers 86a, 88a, 90a) to follow and rotate to the surface E of the wound wallpaper A while pressing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】巻き取るメートル数が大きくなっても、巻き取り芯棒によって、ロールの中心付近の壁紙Ａに対して、巻き取りのための力が大きくかかることがなく、壁紙Ａが絞められることがなく、均一に巻き取ることができ、塗布した糊が壁紙Ａの両端部からはみ出したり、凸凹になってしまうことがない壁紙糊付巻き取り機を提供する。【解決手段】フィルムＢを糊付面に貼り付けた状態で、巻き取り装置３４（１２４）で壁紙Ａをロール形状に巻き取るための壁紙糊付巻き取り機１０（１００）であって、巻き取り装置３４（１２４）で壁紙Ａをロール形状に巻き取る際に、巻き取られる壁紙Ａの表面Ｅに対して、押圧しながら従動回転する押圧従動部（アシストベルト７４、８２、回転ローラー８６ａ、８８ａ、９０ａ）を有する巻き取りアシスト装置６０を備えている。【選択図】図４
