PACKAGING DEVICE AND PACKAGING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging device and a packaging method which can feed a content into a packaging bag while effectively preventing release of engagement of a fastener part.SOLUTION: A packaging device comprises: a bag support part 13 for supporting a packaging bag 50; a first plate 41 and a second plate 42 arranged at positions opposing to each other with the packaging bag 50 supported by the bag support part 13 interposed therebetween; and a content feed part 22 having a discharge port 23 through which a content is discharged, for feeding the content into the packaging bag 50 supported by the bag support part 13 from the discharge port 23. A range of the packaging bag 50 which includes a closing part 54 is arranged between the first plate 41 and the second plate 42. In a state where the packaging bag 50 is sandwiched by the first plate 41 and the second plate 42 arranged apart from each other at a distance smaller than the diameter of the discharge port 23, the content is fed from the discharge port 23 toward the closing part 54 into the packaging bag 50 through an opening part 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】ファスナー部の係合の解除を有効に防ぎつつ包装袋内に内容物を送り込むことができる包装装置及び包装方法を提供する。【解決手段】包装装置は、包装袋５０を支持する袋支持部１３と、袋支持部１３に支持された包装袋５０を挟んで向かい合った位置に配置される第１プレート４１及び第２プレート４２と、内容物が吐き出される吐出口２３を有し、吐出口２３から袋支持部１３に支持された包装袋５０内へ内容物を送り込む内容物供給部２２とを備える。包装袋５０のうち閉鎖部５４を含む範囲が、第１プレート４１と第２プレート４２との間に配置される。吐出口２３の径よりも小さい距離離間して配置された第１プレート４１及び第２プレート４２によって包装袋５０が挟まれた状態で、吐出口２３から閉鎖部５４に向かって、開口部５２を介して包装袋５０内へ内容物が送り込まれる。【選択図】図５
