Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sound absorption material and a sound-absorbing interior material, in which air permeability can be easily controlled and sound absorption performance can be improved by the control of air permeability.SOLUTION: Provided is a composite sound absorption material 1 formed by forming a synthetic resin foam layer 3 on a surface of a fiber substrate 2. In the synthetic resin foam layer 3 is used a synthetic resin emulsion in which thermally expandable microcapsules are mixed. The air permeability is adjusted to obtain a desired value by expanding the thermally expandable microcapsules by heating the synthetic resin emulsion and by changing the size of a space formed between the thermally expandable microcapsules depending on the degree of expansion of the thermally expandable microcapsules.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 通気度を容易に調節することができ、該通気度の調節によって吸音性能の向上を図ることができる複合吸音材料および吸音性内装材を提供する。【解決手段】 繊維基材2の表面に合成樹脂発泡層3を形成してなる複合吸音材料1であって、合成樹脂発泡層3には、熱膨張性マイクロカプセルが混合された合成樹脂エマルジョンを使用し、該合成樹脂エマルジョンを加熱して該熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを膨張させるとともに、該熱膨張性マイクロカプセルの膨張度合いに応じて該熱膨張性マイクロカプセル同士の間に形成される隙間の大きさを変えることにより、通気度が所望値となるように調節される。【選択図】 図1 |
