PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing wiring device of a desk with a liftable top plate capable of wiring cords, etc. flexibly with redundancy from a floor face to a lower face of the liftable top plate and causing no obstacle by a surplus part in a desk with a liftable top plate changing height of the top plate significantly from a seating posture to a standing posture.SOLUTION: A desk with a liftable top plate has a structure having leg bodies 1 arranged on both sides including movable legs 11 supported so as to be moved vertically with respect to fixed legs 10 and can change height of a top plate 2 supported by an upper edge of both movable legs. The desk with a liftable top plate includes a wiring covering body 6 adhering a core plate made of an elastic material and having a flat belt shape in a longitudinal direction of an outer covering member 36 made of a flexible material and having a long sheet shape, arranging a fastener 38 on both edges in the longitudinal direction of the outer covering member, closing the outer covering member, and capable of storing cords, etc. inside.
