Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies or fragments thereof having binding specificity to human nerve growth factor (NGF).SOLUTION: The invention provides an anti-human NGF antibody of which light chain is one of 20 specified amino acid sequences and of which heavy chain polypeptide is one of 20 specific amino acid sequences or antibody fragment thereof. The antibody or antibody fragment may inhibit the association of NGF with TrkA and/or p75, or p75 and/or TrkA. The antibody is used for treating diseases or symptoms associated with NGF expressing cells, in particular for treating various pains.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ヒト神経成長因子（ＮＧＦ）に対して結合特異性を有する抗体及びそのフラグメントの提供。【解決手段】軽鎖及び重鎖が、特定の20種のアミノ酸配列の軽鎖ポリペプチド、及び別の特定の20種のアミノ酸配列の重鎖ポリペプチド、のいずれか１つである、抗ヒトＮＧＦ抗体又は抗体フラグメント。該抗体又は抗体フラグメントは、ＮＧＦとＴｒｋＡ及び／又はｐ７５或いはｐ７５及び／又はＴｒｋＡとの相互作用を阻害してよい。ＮＧＦ発現細胞に関連した疾患又は症状の治療に用い、特に各種疼痛の治療に用いる。【選択図】なし
