Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods by which the product yield of a protein can be enhanced in microbial fermentation, to provide a microorganism obtained by the method, and to provide use of the microorganism for protein production.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method of producing a protein by a microorganism, wherein in addition to the first expression construct encoding the protein, a second expression construct which, unlike the protein, has proteolytic activity and which encodes boosted protease containing an amino acid sequence at least 50% identical to the amino acid sequence having a particular sequence is introduced into a microorganism to be expressed.
