There is also provided a vegetable beverage, a fruit juice and fruit juice taste beverages, a soybean beverage, a cereal-containing beverage, a sports drink, a coffee beverage, a tea beverage, a milk beverage, near-water, or a beer taste beverage in which the amount of 2-isobutylthiazole contained in the beverage is 10-700 ppb. There is also provided a beverage in which the amount of 2-phenylethanol contained in the beverage is 0.05-20 times the amount of 2-isobutylthiazole contained in the beverage. 【課題】飲料ののどごしを向上させるための、より有効な技術の提供。【解決手段】のどごしを向上する成分として2−イソブチルチアゾールを含む、のどごしが向上した飲料。飲料に含まれている2−イソブチルチアゾールの量が10〜700ppbである、野菜飲料、果汁及び果汁風味の飲料、大豆飲料、穀物含有飲料、スポーツドリンク、コーヒー飲料、お茶飲料、乳飲料、ニアウォータ又はビールテイスト飲料。飲料に含まれている2−フェニルエタノールの量が、飲料に含まれている2−イソブチルチアゾールの量に対して0.05〜20倍である飲料。2−イソブチルチアゾールを有効成分として含む、飲料ののどごし向上剤。【選択図】図1 |
