Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas heater enabling improvement of heat transfer performance, workability, and assembling performance of a heat transfer pipe.SOLUTION: A metal heat transfer pipe (1) molded to a resin outer shell (2), includes: a cylindrical outer pipe (3); and a partition (4) disposed inside the outer pipe (3) so as to partition a radial cross section in the outer pipe (3) into a plurality of annular cross section passages (5). A support body (7) is interposed between the outer pipe (3) and a thermistor element (8), the support body (7) having an arcuate surface (7a) coming into close contact with an outer peripheral surface (3a) of the outer pipe (3) and a flat surface (7b) coming into close contact with the thermistor element (8), and the thermistor element (8) is disposed on the support body (7). Thus, when the thermistor element (8) is heated by applying a current, heat of the thermistor element (8) is efficiently transferred to the heat transfer pipe (1) via the support body (7), so as to enable heating of blow-by gas flowing in the annular cross section passages (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】伝熱管の伝熱性、加工性及び組立性を向上するブローバイガスヒータを提供する。【解決手段】樹脂製の外殻(2)にモールド成形される金属製の伝熱管(1)は、円筒状の外管(3)と、外管(3)の内部に配置されて外管(3)内の径方向断面を複数の環状断面通路(5)に分割する間仕切(4)とを備え、外管(3)の外周面(3a)に密着する円弧状面(7a)と、サーミスタ素子(8)に密着する平坦面(7b)とを備える支持体(7)を介して支持体(7)上にサーミスタ素子(8)を配置するので、通電によるサーミスタ素子(8)の加熱時に、支持体(7)を通じて伝熱管(1)にサーミスタ素子(8)の熱が効率良く伝達され、環状断面通路(5)内を通るブローバイガスを加熱できる。【選択図】図1 |
