Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer or additive, which decomposes unfermented organic matters by the power of microorganism and makes the organic matters a nutrient source for plants, and which can be used not only for soil cultivation but also for hydroponic cultivation.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a fertilizer or additive that supplies a nitrogen source essential for growth by adding Bacillus subtilis which decomposes proteins, and nitrifying bacteria which decompose ammonia as the decomposition products. Here, the fertilizer or additive uses soy milk as a protein source so as to simultaneously provide necessary nutrients for the growth of plants.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 発酵していない有機物を微生物の力で分解し、植物の栄養源とするものであり、土耕のみならず、水耕栽培にも用いることが出来る肥料もしくは添加剤を提供する。【解決手段】 タンパク質を分解する枯草菌、およびその産物であるアンモニアを分解する硝化菌を添加することによって、生育に必須な窒素源を供給することを特徴とし、タンパク質源に豆乳を用いることで植物の生育に必要な栄養源を同時に提供することを特徴とする肥料もしくは添加剤。【選択図】図2
