Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an earthwork material using a residue generated after treating mud containing rare earth with acid, without needs for storing the residue, having large moisture percent content, for long time and without problems such as increase in cost by additional arrangement of treatment facilities for manufacturing the earthwork material.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an earthwork material using a residue generated after treating mud containing rare earth with acid, which includes a solidification process for mixing the residue and a solidification material to obtain a massive solidified article consisting of solidified residue, a fracturing process of fracturing the massive solidified article to obtain a granular fractured article and a heating process for sintering the granular fractured article at 1,110 to 1,180°C to obtain a granular earthwork material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】レアアースを含有する泥を酸で処理した後に発生する残渣を用いた、土工資材の製造方法であって、該残渣(大きな水分含有率を有するもの)を長期間保管する必要がなく、かつ、土工資材の製造のための処理設備の増設によるコストの増大等の問題も生じない、土工資材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】レアアースを含有する泥を酸で処理した後に発生する残渣を用いた、土工資材の製造方法であって、上記残渣と固化材を混合して、上記残渣が固化してなる塊状の固化物を得る固化工程と、上記塊状の固化物を破砕して、粒状の破砕物を得る破砕工程と、上記粒状の破砕物を1,110〜1,180℃で焼結して、粒状の土工資材を得る加熱工程、を含む土工資材の製造方法。【選択図】なし |
