Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve torque linearity by reflecting compensation of iron loss generated in an AC motor on an exciting current command and a torque current command.SOLUTION: Exciting iron loss current calculation means 23 and torque iron loss current calculation means 24 input an iron loss resistance estimation value rc^ set by a user so that the acceleration time of an AC motor 3 at the time of powering is the same as the deceleration time at the time of regeneration. The exciting iron loss current calculation means 23 calculates an exciting iron loss current icd by using the iron loss resistance estimation value rc^ and the q-axis inductance estimation value Lq^, and the like. The torque iron loss current calculation means 24 calculates a torque iron loss current icq by using the iron loss resistance estimation value rc^ and the d-axis inductance estimation value Ld^, and the like. A subtraction unit 21 obtains a new exciting current command id*' by subtracting the exciting iron loss current icd from the exciting current command id*, and an addition unit 22 obtains a new torque current command iq*' by adding a torque iron loss current icq to the torque current command iq*.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】交流モータにて発生する鉄損の補償を、励磁電流指令及びトルク電流指令へ反映することで、トルクリニアリティを改善する。【解決手段】励磁用鉄損電流算出手段23及びトルク用鉄損電流算出手段24は、ユーザにより力行時の交流モータ3の加速時間と回生時の減速時間とが同一となるように設定された鉄損抵抗推定値rc^を入力する。励磁用鉄損電流算出手段23は、鉄損抵抗推定値rc^及びq軸インダクタンス推定値Lq^等を用いて、励磁用鉄損電流icdを算出する。トルク用鉄損電流算出手段24は、鉄損抵抗推定値rc^及びd軸インダクタンス推定値Ld^等を用いて、トルク用鉄損電流icqを算出する。減算部21は、励磁電流指令id*から励磁用鉄損電流icdを減算し、新たな励磁電流指令id*'を求め、加算部22は、トルク電流指令iq*にトルク用鉄損電流icqを加算し、新たなトルク電流指令iq*'を求める。【選択図】図1 |
