PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk of peeping of business information by a third party while streamlining conveyance of business information by a portable terminal device.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device 13 comprises a first communication unit 56 which transmits user state information indicating the state of a user 12 possessing the portable terminal device 13 to a remote device 10, and receives transmission information containing business information from the remote device 10.
