Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element which is compact in size and small in the number of components, and in which the variations in reflection and isolation are suppressed.SOLUTION: A non-reciprocal circuit element according to the present invention comprises: a ferrimagnetic material provided on a dielectric substrate; a conductor cover having a top face part covering a top face of the ferrimagnetic material, a plurality of positioning parts, connecting to the top face part, and put in contact with a side face of the ferrimagnetic material through an insulator, and a plurality of connection parts, connecting to the positioning parts respectively, and electrically connected with a plurality of signal transmission lines provided on the dielectric substrate; and a magnetic field-generating part operable to apply a magnetic field to the ferrimagnetic material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】部品点数が少なく小型で、反射特性やアイソレーションのばらつきを抑えた非可逆回路素子を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の非可逆回路素子は、誘電体基板上に設けられているフェリ磁性体と、前記フェリ磁性体の上面を覆う上面部と、前記上面部に接続し絶縁体を介して前記フェリ磁性体の側面に接する複数の位置決め部と、前記位置決め部に各々接続し前記誘電体基板上に設けられた複数の信号伝送線と電気的に各々接続する複数の接続部と、を有する導体カバーと、前記フェリ磁性体に磁界を印加する磁界発生部と、を有する。【選択図】 図1
