Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which makes it possible to obtain a tire having both excellent on-ice performance and excellent wet performance.SOLUTION: A winter tire rubber composition comprises, based on 100 pts.mass of diene rubber with an average glass transition temperature of -100 to -50°C, 10-80 pts.mass of silica and 1-50 pts.mass of cerium oxide, and also comprises sulfur-containing silane coupling agent at the rate of 3-20 mass% to the total content of the silica and the cerium oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】氷上性能とウェット性とが共に優れるタイヤを得ることができるゴム組成物の提供。【解決手段】平均ガラス転移温度が−１００〜−５０℃であるジエン系ゴム１００質量部に対し、シリカを１０〜８０質量部、酸化セリウムを１〜５０質量部含み、さらに硫黄含有シランカップリング剤を、前記シリカと前記酸化セリウムとの合計量に対する比率で３〜２０質量％含む、冬用タイヤ用ゴム組成物。【選択図】図１
