PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques that allow bill transmission, payment and the like to be performed with a portable terminal and also allow flexible change of a payment environment, while using an SMS.SOLUTION: An SMS transmission of an SMS document, which comprises an SMS text and a specific URL specific to each SMS transmission, is performed to a phone number of a portable terminal obtained from a provider server. A URL access condition allowing setting of multiple conditions is set for the destination of the specific URL. When access matching the URL access condition is performed from the portable terminal through a network line, prescribed display is presented to the portable terminal, whereas when access not matching the access condition is performed, the prescribed display is not presented to the portable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】ＳＭＳを利用しながら、請求書の送付と決済等を携帯端末で行うことが可能であるとともに、決済環境を柔軟に変更することが可能な技術を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ＳＭＳ本文と、ＳＭＳの送信ごとに固有な固有ＵＲＬからなるＳＭＳ文書を、事業者サーバから得た携帯端末の電話番号によりＳＭＳ送信し、固有ＵＲＬの指定先には、複数の条件を設定できるＵＲＬアクセス条件を設定し、携帯端末からネット用回線を介してＵＲＬアクセス条件に適合するアクセスがなされた場合には携帯端末に所定表示を行い、アクセス条件に適合しないアクセスがなされた場合には携帯端末に所定表示を行わない。【選択図】 図５
