Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead storage battery which enables the achievement of both of the enhancement in battery characteristic and the enhancement in durability even in the case of using a lead alloy including impurities for an electrode current collector.SOLUTION: A lead storage battery comprises: an electrode plate group arranged by laminating negative and positive electrode plates through a separator; an electrolytic solution; and a battery case in which the electrode plate group and the electrolytic solution are encased. The negative electrode plate has a negative electrode current collector holding a negative electrode active material, and the positive electrode plate has a positive electrode current collector holding a positive electrode active material. For the positive electrode current collector, a lead alloy is used, which has component proportions as follows: 0.05-0.1 mass% of Ca, 1.2-2.2 mass% of Sn, 0.002-0.03 mass% of In and as an inevitable impurity, at least 0.001-0.04 mass% of Bi with the balance consisting of Pb. The lead alloy is subjected to the rolling processing with a rolling reduction of 80-97.5%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】電極集電体に不純物を含む鉛合金を用いた場合でも、電池特性と耐久性の向上を同時に達成できる鉛蓄電池を提供する。【解決手段】負極活物質を負極集電体に保持した負極板と正極活物質を正極集電体に保持した正極板とをセパレータを介して積層した極板群を、電解液とともに電池ケース内に収納する。正極集電体には、Ca:0.05乃至0.1質量%、Sn:1.2乃至2.2質量%、及びIn:0.002乃至0.03質量%を含有し、不可避不純物として少なくともBi:0.001乃至0.04質量%を含有し、かつ残部がPbである成分組成を有する鉛合金を用いる。鉛合金には、80乃至97.5%の圧下率で圧延加工が施されている。【選択図】 なし |
