Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that relates to an insurance mission-critical system, can improve efficiency of mission-critical business, extend a service providing time, shorten a time necessary for conclusion of a contract, reduce time and labor, and the like.SOLUTION: An insurance mission-critical system comprises an online processing unit for performing processing related to mission-critical business as online processing. The online processing unit comprises: a processing request reception unit for receiving, by online reception, information on the mission-critical business or a processing request from an employee terminal, a customer terminal, and a linkage system of an insurance company; a business processing unit for performing business processing corresponding to the information or the processing request; and database data read or written during the business processing. The business processing unit includes: an application confirmation unit for confirming application information on an insurance contract; a payment confirmation unit for confirming payment information indicating payment of an insurance premium; a condition determination unit for determining conclusion of the insurance contract on the basis of the result of confirmation and a contract conclusion condition; and a recording unit for performing recording processing of the insurance contract if the contract is concluded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】保険の基幹システムに関し、基幹業務の効率向上、サービス提供時間の拡大、契約成立に要する時間の短縮や手間の削減等を実現できる技術を提供する。【解決手段】保険基幹システムは、基幹業務に関する処理をオンライン処理として行うオンライン処理部を備え、オンライン処理部は、保険会社の業務員端末、顧客端末、連係システムから、基幹業務に関する情報または処理要求をオンラインで受け付けて受信する処理要求受付部と、情報または処理要求に応じた業務処理を実行する業務処理部と、業務処理で読み書きするDBデータと、を含み、業務処理部は、保険契約の申し込み情報を確認する申込確認部と、保険料払い込みの入金情報を確認する入金確認部と、確認の結果及び契約成立条件に基づいて、保険契約の成立を判定する条件判定部と、成立の場合、保険契約の計上処理を行う計上部と、を有する。【選択図】図2
