Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for making sherbet ice of salt water which realizes diameters of ice crystal grains smaller than those in the prior art and makes the ice crystal grains uniform and hardly grown to too large sizes.SOLUTION: An ice-making system for sherbet ice comprises: an ice-making device which makes salt water into a supercooled state and releases the salt water from the supercooled state to make sherbet ice having diameters of ice crystal grains of 0.01 to 0.1 mm; and a supply device which stores the sherbet ice made by the ice-making device and supplies the sherbet ice having diameters of ice crystal grains of 0.01 to 0.1 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】氷結晶粒の直径が従来よりも小さく、氷結晶粒が揃っており、肥大化しにくい塩水のシャーベット氷を製氷する技術を提供する。【解決手段】塩水を過冷却状態にし、過冷却状態の塩水を解除し、氷結晶粒の直径が0.01〜0.1mmのシャーベット氷を製氷する製氷装置と、前記製氷装置で製氷されたシャーベット氷を貯氷し、氷結晶粒の直径が0.01〜0.1mmのシャーベット氷を供給する供給装置と、を備える。【選択図】図1
