Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a building, which enables an equipment member to be easily pulled out to a desired place on the outside of a core part.SOLUTION: In a building 1 having a core part 43, the core part 43 includes a pair of first multi-story shear walls 431 and 431 that are arranged along a Y-direction (first horizontal direction), and a pair of second multi-story shear walls 432 and 432 that are arranged along an X-direction (second horizontal direction) intersecting the Y-direction.
