PACKAGING CUSHIONING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging cushioning material which can achieve both cushioning performance in absorbing falling impact on a packaged article by a plane and cushioning performance in absorbing falling impact by an edge line while suppressing the amount of required members.SOLUTION: A packaging cushioning material includes: an outer shell part 10 which has three sides of a first side 15, a second side 16, and a third side 17 that respectively extend from a vertex in three directions that are perpendicular to each other and three lateral faces (11, 12, 13) made of three right angles that are respectively formed by being sandwiched between two sides out of the three sides and have the vertex as the common vertex, and has a triangular pyramid shape in which a face side facing the vertex is open; and a cushioning material provided on each of the inner sides of the three lateral faces of the outer shell part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】必要な部材の量を少なく抑えつつ、被包装物の面落下時の緩衝能力と稜落下時の緩衝能力の双方を両立することができる包装用緩衝材を提供する。【解決手段】包装用緩衝材において、頂点から互いに直交する３方向にそれぞれ延びた第１の辺１５、第２の辺１６及び第３の辺１７の三辺と、前記三辺のうちの２つの辺の間に挟まれてそれぞれ形成され、前記頂点を共通の頂点とする３つの直角三角形からなる三側面（１１、１２、１３）と、を有し、前記頂点に対向する面側が開放された三角錐状を呈する外殻部１０と、外殻部の前記三側面のそれぞれの内側に設けられた緩衝体と、を備えた構成とする。【選択図】図１
