PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system that can support maintenance management by giving advance notice of the contents and time of regular maintenance, such as regular component replacement and inspection, occurring for installed fire-fighting goods and fire-fighting facilities to an owner or a manager of a building, and that further allows the owner or manager of the building to easily arrange the announced regular maintenance.SOLUTION: A support system comprises a support device that includes destination information storage means for storing a destination for each building, facility state storage means for storing facility state information, and expiry date information storage means for storing expiry date information, determines a building at which regular maintenance occurs within a prescribed period, fire-fighting facility goods, i.e. objects of the regular maintenance at the building, and their expiry date information on the basis of the facility state information and the expiry date information, and actively gives notice to a terminal device possessed by a manager of the building via a communication line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】建物の所有者や管理者に、設置された消防用品や消防用設備において発生する定期的な部品交換や点検といった定期保守の内容と時期とを事前に通知して、その維持管理を支援することができる支援システムを得ることを目的とする。さらに、上記建物の所有者や管理者が、通知された定期保守を容易に段取りできるようにする。【解決手段】支援システムは、建物毎の宛先を格納する宛先情報格納手段と設備状況情報を格納する設備状況格納手段と期限情報を格納する期限情報格納手段とを有し、前記設備状況情報と前記期限情報とに基づいて、所定期間内に定期保守が発生する建物と、当該建物で前記定期保守の対象となる消防用設備用品とその期限情報とを特定し、当該建物の管理者が所持する端末装置へ通信回線を介して能動的に通知する支援装置を備える。【選択図】図１
