SEMICONDUCTOR LASER ELEMENT PACKAGE AND SEMICONDUCTOR LASER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser element package and a semiconductor laser device that suppress the optical path of laser light emitted from a mounted semiconductor laser element from deviating.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser element package has a substrate 2 comprising: a recessed part 5 having an upper surface side made open; a step part 5a provided on a bottom surface of the recessed part 5; a mount part 2a provided on an upper side of the step part 5a and mounted with a semiconductor laser element 10; a reflection mirror part 3 provided on a lower side of the step part 5a, and reflecting laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser element 10 mounted on the mount part 2a to change the direction of the optical axis of the laser light; and a groove part 4 provided between the step part 5a and reflection mirror part 3 along the step part 5a, and sectioned in a curved-line shape in parallel with a width direction or having a straight-line part connected by a curved-line part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】搭載される半導体レーザ素子から出射されるレーザ光の光路のずれが抑制される半導体レーザ素子用パッケージおよび半導体レーザ装置を提供する。【解決手段】半導体レーザ素子用パッケージは、上面側に開口した凹部５と、凹部５の底面に設けられた段差部５ａと、段差部５ａの上側に設けられた、半導体レーザ素子１０を搭載する搭載部２ａと、段差部５ａの下側に設けられた、搭載部２ａに搭載される半導体レーザ素子１０から出射されるレーザ光を反射してレーザ光の光軸の向きを変える反射ミラー部３と段差部５ａと反射ミラー部３との間の部分に段差部５ａに沿って設けられた、幅方向に平行な断面における断面形状が曲線状であるか、または直線状部分が曲線状部分で接続された形状である溝部４とを備える基板２を有する。【選択図】図３
