Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode active material, a negative electrode arranged by adopting the negative electrode active material, and a lithium battery.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a negative electrode active material, a negative electrode arranged by adopting the negative electrode active material, and a lithium battery. The negative electrode active material comprises a silicon-based alloy; the silicon-based alloy includes a Si single phase, an FeSialpha phase and an FeSibeta phase. The ratio of the diffraction intensity a diffraction peak coming from the FeSibeta phase to the diffraction intensity of a diffraction peak coming from the FeSialpha phase is 0.1 or more.
