Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which operates on limited power such as USB bus power, has a power storage unit for auxiliary power, and starts up quickly when the power is turned on.SOLUTION: After a device is started up by turning on the power, a controller makes the device operate in a charging mode for a certain period of time, and then the device is switched to an operational mode. In the charging mode, a current flow to a processing system is stopped and a current limit of a current limiter circuit is set to a high value. The current limit value is incremented in steps from a low value to reach the high value. Such an arrangement suppresses rush current and enables rapid charging of a power storage unit. In the operational mode, a supply of power to the processing system is started, and the current limit of the current limiter circuit is set to the low value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】USBバスパワーなどの制限された電力で動作し、電力補助の蓄電部を備えたもので電源オン時の起動を早くする。【解決手段】制御部は、電源オンによる起動後、所定時間は、機器を充電モードで動作させ、その後機器の動作を運用モードに切り換える。充電モードでは、処理システムへの電流の流入を停止するとともに、電流制限回路の電流制限値を高値に設定する。電流制限値は低い値から段階的に上昇させることによって高値に設定される。これによって、突入電流を抑制しつつ蓄電部に急速に電荷が蓄えられる。運用モードでは、処理システムへの給電を開始するとともに、電流制限回路の制限値を低値に設定する。【選択図】図1
