ENGRAVING INSPECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the engraving depth of a character engraved in an inspection object.SOLUTION: An engraving inspection method includes: a first measurement process of measuring, with a displacement sensor 2, the state of a surface Ws of an inspection object W other than a character L; a second measurement process of measuring, with the displacement sensor 2, the engraving depth of the character L on the basis of the state of the surface Ws measured in the first measurement process; and a determination process of determining, with an arithmetic processing device 5, the quality of the engraving related to the character L on the basis of the measured value of the engraving depth acquired by the displacement sensor 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】検査対象物に打刻された文字の打刻深さを測定する。【解決手段】打刻検査方法は、文字Ｌを除く検査対象物Ｗの表面Ｗｓの状態を変位センサ２によって測定する第１測定工程と、第１測定工程において測定された表面Ｗｓの状態に基づいて、文字Ｌの打刻深さを変位センサ２によって測定する第２測定工程と、変位センサ２により取得された打刻深さの測定値に基づいて、文字Ｌに係る打刻の良否を演算処理装置５によって判定する判定工程とを備える。【選択図】図１
