Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam generator which inhibits increase of manufacturing costs and is excellent in durability.SOLUTION: A steam generator 1 includes: a tank part 2 having an evaporation tank 21 and a water header 22; a tube 25 disposed in the evaporation tank; a spray nozzle 23 disposed in the evaporation tank 21; a spray water line L4 which supplies the water stored in the water header 22 to the spray nozzle 23 as spray water; a heat source fluid supply line L1 which supplies a heat source fluid to the tube 25; a heat source fluid discharge line L2 which discharges the heat source fluid; a bypass line L8 which connects the heat source fluid supply line L1 with the heat source fluid discharge line L2; a flow regulating valve 15 which regulates an amount of the heat source fluid circulating from the heat source fluid supply line L1 to the tube 25 side; and a starting time valve control part 82 which controls an opening of the fluid regulating valve 15 so that a difference between a temperature of the heat source fluid and a temperature of the spray water at the downstream side of the tube 25 becomes a first setting value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造コストの増加を抑制でき、かつ、耐久性に優れた蒸気発生装置を提供すること。【解決手段】蒸気発生装置1は、蒸発タンク21及び水ヘッダ22を有するタンク部2と、蒸発タンクの内部に配置されるチューブ25と、蒸発タンク21の内部に配置される噴霧ノズル23と、水ヘッダ22に貯留された水を噴霧水として噴霧ノズル23に供給する噴霧水ラインL4と、チューブ25に熱源流体を供給する熱源流体供給ラインL1と、熱源流体を排出する熱源流体排出ラインL2と、熱源流体供給ラインL1と熱源流体排出ラインL2とを接続するバイパスラインL8と、熱源流体供給ラインL1からチューブ25側に流通する熱源流体の流量を調整する流量調整弁15と、チューブ25の下流側における熱源流体の温度と噴霧水の温度との差が第1設定値となるように流量調整弁15の開度を制御する起動時弁制御部82と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
