PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of appropriately controlling a tapping water-inlet water temperature difference in an indoor unit using a water heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A water heat exchange indoor unit comprises: a tapping hot water temperature sensor 60 detecting a tapping hot water temperature of a water heat exchanger 50 and an inlet hot water temperature sensor 59 detecting an inlet hot water temperature thereof; and a water heat exchange control unit 74 calculating a tapping water-inlet water temperature difference on the basis of detected values of the tapping hot water temperature sensor 60 and the inlet hot water temperature sensor 59, and exerting an operation control over the pump 55 on the basis of the tapping water-inlet water temperature difference, a rated flow rate of the pump 55 is set such that the tapping water-inlet water temperature difference is equal to a predetermined temperature difference, and the water heat exchange control unit 74 exerts the operation control over the pump 55 at a capability equal to or higher than the rated flow rate when the tapping water-inlet water temperature difference is higher than the tapping water-inlet water temperature difference at the rated flow rate by a predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】水熱交換器を用いた室内ユニットにおいて、水出入温度差を適切に制御を行うことのできる空気調和装置を提供する。【解決手段】水熱交換用室内ユニットは、水熱交換器５０の出湯温度を検出する出湯温度センサ６０および入湯温度を検出する入湯温度センサ５９と、出湯温度センサ６０および入湯温度センサ５９の検出値に基づいて水出入温度差を算出し、水出入温度差に基づいてポンプ５５の運転制御を行う水熱交換用制御部７４と、を備え、ポンプ５５は、水出入温度差が所定の温度差となるように定格流量が設定され、水熱交換用制御部７４は、定格流量における水出入温度差に対して水出入温度差が所定温度高くなった場合に、定格流量以上の能力でポンプ５５を運転制御する。【選択図】図１
