Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation device with a novel structure such that a rod part of a bracket can be mounted on a first fitting part of a main body rubber elastic body without pressing-in requiring a large load, and the rod part can be mounted on the first fitting part with sufficient resistance to falling.SOLUTION: A vibration isolation device 10 comprises a bracket 48 which has a first fitting part 24 composed of a fitting hole formed in a main body rubber elastic body 12, and is fitted to a first member 14 provided with an insertion rod 50 to be inserted into the fitting hole 24 to constitute a vibration transmission system 13. While a lock projection 62 formed at an insertion tip part 60 of the insertion rod 50 is locked to an opening peripheral edge of the fitting hole 24 not to fall, a reinforcing member 42 is embedded and arranged at a position separated from an inner peripheral surface 41 of the fitting hole 24 of the main body rubber elastic body 12 to an outer periphery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】本体ゴム弾性体の第一の取付部に対してブラケットのロッド部を大荷重が必要な圧入を要することなく装着することができ、且つ、かかるロッド部を第一の取付部に対して十分な抜け抗力をもって装着することができる、新規な構造の防振装置を提供する。【解決手段】防振装置10において、本体ゴム弾性体12に形成された取付孔によって第一の取付部24が構成されていると共に、取付孔24へ挿し入れられる挿入ロッド50が設けられて振動伝達系13を構成する第一の部材14に取り付けられるブラケット48を備えており、挿入ロッド50の挿入先端部60に形成された係止突起62が取付孔24の開口周縁に抜止係止されている一方、本体ゴム弾性体12における取付孔24の内周面41から外周に離隔した位置に補強部材42が埋設配置されている。【選択図】図5 |
