EXHAUST SYSTEM COMPONENT OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust system component capable of being manufactured in a simpler manufacturing process than before, and including a heat insulation film with improved adiabaticity.SOLUTION: An exhaust pipe 1 of an engine forms an exhaust passage through which exhaust discharged from an engine circulates. The exhaust pipe 1 of the engine includes: a heat insulation film 12 formed on an inner wall surface 11 of the exhaust pipe 1 and having adiabaticity; and welding parts 16, 17, 18A, 18B formed by being welded with other exhaust system components (an exhaust emission control device 2, a flange 4 and molded plate-like members 10A, 10B, 10C) from an outer wall surface 15 side of the exhaust pipe 1 with welding material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】従来よりも簡略な製造工程により製造でき且つ断熱性が向上した断熱膜を備える排気系部品を提供すること。【解決手段】エンジンから排出される排気が流通する排気通路を形成するエンジンの排気管１であって、排気管１の内壁面１１上に形成された断熱機能を有する断熱膜１２と、排気管１の外壁面１５側から溶接材により他の排気系部品（排気浄化装置２、フランジ４、成形された板状部材１０Ａ，１０Ｂ，１０Ｃ）と溶接されることで形成された溶接部１６，１７，１８Ａ，１８Ｂと、を備えるエンジンの排気管１を提供する。【選択図】図２
